Dr. Somanjana Khatua is an assistant professor in the Department of Botany, University of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. She pursued a master’s in botany and Ph.D. from the University of Calcutta. Earlier, she was appointed by the West Bengal Education Service and posted at Krishnagar Government College. The areas of her research interest include drug development, immunology, carbohydrate biology, natural products, medical mycology, and functional food.
