Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Theorien des Politischen, Demokratietheorie, Französische Politische Philosophie und die Ideengeschichte und Gegenwart der Gesellschaftskritik.Franziska Martinsen (Prof. Dr.) ist Professorin für Politische Theorie an der Universität Duisburg-Essen. Ihre Forschungsgebiete umfassen u.a. Politische Philosophie, Politische Theorie und Ideengeschichte sowie Feministische Politische Theorie und Geschlechterstudien.
