is divided into 17 units which provide a review of the grammar of contemporary English. Within each unit there are separate sections on specific features e.g. Present Perfect or Past Simple. As well as the types of exercises you will be used to there are some exercises specifically designed for students who are becoming more advanced in English. These include: summary exercises, dictionary exercises, matchingand editingactivities. You can either start at the beginning and work through to the end or choose the order in which you want to study the grammar topics, perhaps starting with those that are giving you problems. Two-page tests at the end of each unit or section mean you can see how much you have learned and decide if you need more practice. For those unsure of some of the terminology there is also a Glossary explaining the meaning of all thegrammatical terms.
