Open IT-Based Innovation: Moving Towards Cooperative IT Transfer and Knowledge Diffusion

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of IFIP WG 8.6 International Working Conference held in Madrid, Spain on October 22-24, 2008. The IFIP series publishes state-of-the-art results in the sciences and technologies of information and communication.
