Mia Cassany is editor, creative director, and founder of Mosquito Books. She is currently teaching at the master's degree in Illustration and Comic at the Elisava School in Barcelona and is a creative consultant for the publishing house The Story Tailors. She has written several successful books for children for Mosquito Books. Susie Hammer (59K on IG) uses simple shapes and vivid colours to create playful and happy imaginary worlds.Sara Marcos is a young illustrator born in Valladolid (Spain) and living in Barcelona. She studied illustration in her home city and completed her training with a degree in Fine Arts at the University of Castilla La Mancha. Several years later she undertook a master's degree in Communication and Design, run by the Elisava School of Design in Barcelona. Her illustration work is characterised by her use of colour as a compositional element, as well as by the strength and rounded lines of the objects and animals she draws. Her language conveys simplicity and strength.
