Seventeen papers analyze how Uganda is planning to deal with the challenge of effectively, efficiently, and transparently managing its oil sector and resources, examining the institutional, legal, fiscal,environmental, social, macroeconomic, political, and financial dimensions of the Ugandan oil governance regime.
