She has extensive practical experience, a large network of colleagues and contacts, detailed knowledge of practice management, and writes in an engaging style.M. Suzanne Arnold is a consultant in occupational health and occupational health nursing, with an emphasis on mental health in the workplace. She is based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She is retired as a professor in Occupational Health Program, Faculty of Medicine, McGill University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She was an editor of the second edition.
