• Chapter 1 Parliamentary Committees: Changing Perspectives on Changing Institutions This essay reflects the intellectual stimulation of the Parliamentary Committee Initiative, and has Particularly benefited from the comments and scholarship of the members of the Initiative's International Steering Committee.
