Xandra Kramer is Professor of Private Law at Erasmus School of Law, Erasmus University Rotterdam and Professor of Private International Law at Utrecht University. Alexandre Biard is researcher at the Erasmus School of Law, Erasmus University Rotterdam and works at a consumer organization in Brussels.
