Dr. Kazumi Nakamatsu received the Ms. Eng. and Dr. Sci. from Shizuoka University and Kyushu University, Japan, respectively. He is a full Professor at School of Human Science and Environment, University of Hyogo, Japan. His research interests encompass various kinds of logic and their applications to Computer Science, especially paraconsistent annotated logic programs and their applications. He has developed some paraconsistent annotated logic programs called ALPSN(Annotated Logic Program with Strong Negation), VALPSN(Vector ALPSN), EVALPSN(Extended VALPSN) and bf-EVALPSN (before-after EVALPSN) recently, and applied them to various intelligent systems such as a safety verification based railway interlocking control system and process order control. He is an author of over 150 papers and 20 book chapters, and 10 edited books published by prominent publishers. Kazumi Nakamatsu has chaired various international conferences, workshops and invited sessions, and he has been a member of numerous international program committees of workshops and conferences in the area of Computer Science. He serves as Founding Editor of the International Journal of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems(IJRIS) by Inderscience Publisher(UK) and an editorial board member of many international journals. He has contributed numerous invited lectures at international workshops, conferences, and academic organizations. He also is a recipient of some conference and paper awards, etc.Dr. Rupinder Singh is a distinguished professor in Mechanical Engineering with expertise in non-traditional machining, metal casting, rapid prototyping/manufacturing, welding technology, and maintenance engineering. With over two decades of teaching and research experience, he has published 744 research papers, including 498 in international peer-reviewed journals. He has also authored several books and holds multiple granted and filed patents. His contributions to academia include supervising numerous Ph.D. and M.Tech students, serving as an editorial board member for reputed journals, and leading multiple sponsored research projects. Dr. Singh’s excellence in teaching and research has been acknowledged with several prestigious accolades, including the AICTE Young Teacher Award, DST Young Scientist Award, and UGC Research Award. His professional affiliations include Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and memberships in ASME, ISTE, and other esteemed organizations. He has been recognized nationally and internationally for his remarkable contributions to engineering education and research.Dr. Kalipada Maity is currently acting as Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Rourkela and having more than 40 years of teaching and research. Conducted two National Conferences and one International Conference with a post conference workshop on Nanotechnology. Conducted three short term courses for Industry executives. Guided Eighteen Ph D , three M.Tech(Res), more than 40 M.Tech projects and around 100 B.Tech projects. Currently guiding seven Ph D students. Areas of specialisations include modelling of machining and forming, micro-machining, micro-forming, additive manufacturing, hot-machining, laser-machining, plasma-cutting. Visited United Kingdom, Sweden, New Zealand, Australia, Belgium, Italy, Tawian, France, Singapore, Solvenia, Canada, Dubai, Germany, USA for participating in International Conference, Training and as Visiting Professor. Received Mukherjee Memorial Gold Medal, Orissa Engineering Congress Gold Medal, Certificate for Gold Medal for best paper in Indian Institute of Metals.
