From the reviews: "The authors describe various cell and molecular systems related to neurodegeneration research. ... there are a lot of protocols and methods described by the book that can be used by medical students, graduate students, junior, and senior investigators. I heartily recommend this book to university and research institute communities working on neurodegeneration and regeneration." (Joseph J. Grenier, Amazon.com, September, 2013) "This is an authoritative collection of manuscripts tailored to bench scientists involved in neurodegenerative research. ... It is intended for cell biologists, molecular biologists, biochemists, pathologists, and researchers in the field of neurodegeneration. ... This book is most appropriate for the audience of basic scientists interested in the mechanics of experimental neurodegenerative work. For this audience, the book will find a suitable space on their lab benches." (Joseph I. Sirven, Doody's Book Reviews, April, 2012)
