She also serves asthe director of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Key Laboratory of Big Data Research and Application for Agricultural and Animal Husbandry, Hohhot, China. She received the Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2009. She has previously worked as a visiting professor at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane QLD, Australia.
