Narrative Retellings represents an innovative and compelling addition to the field of stylistics. By systematically exploring how retellings are shaped by both the production and reception of texts, the chapters offer robust and illuminating analyses of fiction, non-fiction, and the ambiguities that lie between. The volume illustrates the richness and diversity of contemporary stylistics, offering rigorous investigations into a range of retellings across media.
