Multidimensional hockey drills and training

How should a modern hockey drill and practice look like? How much does the console games affect your players and in what way, something negative or is it an opportunity? What can we hockey coaches learn from the world of console games? These are questions that are handled in the book and transferred as practical examples to hockey drills!

Personally, I am not a big fan of console games, even if it can sometimes, surely be perceived that way in the book. For example, I would prefer that my own children were more physically active than they are right now! Probably I'm not alone about that idea?

But I try to understand, see the possibilities, and handle the new challenges, as a parent and coach and share these lessons, connections, development and opportunities for you as a hockey coach and, or parent.
