Cherry Lyon Jones has taught school, owned a bookstore, authored a classroom book, is a storyteller and does historical portrayals. An avid women's history buff, she has collected and archived information for the Nevada Women's History Project, and is now focusing her attention on researching women in territorial Alaska.
