Middle East and Palestine

Dietrich Jung is a political scientist who has specialized also in Islamic studies. Currently a Senior Researcher at the Danish Institute for International Studies and an External Associate Professor at Aarhus University, Denmark. He has also taught at Hamburg University, Bilkent University (Ankara) and University of Copenhagen. He has published on the political sociology of war, the modernization of Turkey, as well as on conflicts in the Middle East.
