In response to the critical national need for disaster early warning and the demands of national rock mass engineering, he proposed the method of “monitoring-based simulation and simulation-based early warning.” He successfully developed an intelligent early warning cloud platform system for disaster prevention and control in large rock mass engineering projects. He has served as the principal investigator for over five National Fund projects, including one national key research and development plan sub-project, and has led more than 20 major engineering projects. Ke Ma’s contributions to scientific research have been widely recognized. He has received four first-class and two second-class provincial and ministerial awards for scientific and technological progress. He has published three monographs, over 60 SCI/EI papers, and has been granted 5 Chinese invention patents and 5 software copyrights.
