Edmond Sanganyado is an assistant professor in the Department of Applied Sciences at Northumbria University, the UK. He was previously an associate professor in the College of Science at Shantou University, China. He holds a PhD in Environmental Toxicology from the University of California Riverside, USA and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Chemistry from the National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe. His research focuses on the fate and transport of synthetic contaminants in the environment. He has written more than 80 research articles in reputable journals, 12 book chapters, and edited one volume. He is an associate editor of NPJ Clean Water and section editor for Discover Toxicology.
