In his coffin, awaiting judgment, a once-celebrated playboy recalls his life of debauchery. He remembers his first seduction by the entrancing blonde Antonella one hot afternoon on an Adriatic island. He surveys lasciviously his subsequent notorious career as a full-time sensualist in the bedrooms and boudoirs of two continents. He ponders his descent into bankruptcy and alcoholism. And, most disturbing of all, he contemplates his bizarre relationship with Catesby, a satanic figure who hovers mockingly over his life until the final, terrifying climax...
