Agnieszka Gehringer is a professor of economics at TH Köln University of Applied Sciences and a senior research analyst at the Flossbach von Storch Research Institute, Germany. She is also a lecturer at the University of Göttingen. She has published several articles in academic journals on innovation economics, productivity, international trade, and finance.Susann Kowalski is a professor at TH Köln University of Applied Sciences (Germany) and has been teaching courses on intercultural competencies and management as well as personal development, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels for over 20 years.
