Andrew specialises in helping people to start and grow new businesses. His specific skill is in helping people make a sustainable income from their self-employment. He also specialises in working with charities, community companies and social enterprises to help them make sustainable revenues, breaking the cycle of grant funding so they can secure the future of their service for their clients.Having started his career with Unilever PLC, Andrew benefitted from some of the best management training in industry. Management positions in Engineering then National Accounts followed before he left to head up a Business Unit for Bass Brewers Ltd in the North and North East region. While at Bass, Andrew created and launched a dot.com that became the on-line ordering platform for the UK Licensed Trade, before leaving to help a friend establish a new Web Development Company.He found his true passion for coaching in 2007 with a project in Bradford helping people with very little to their name to start new businesses.
