The book consists of two parts, the first of which derives the system of equations for describing magnetoelasticity, the surface conditions, and equations describing the perturbations behavior of non-ferromagnetic conducting media interacting with external magnetic fields.
Prof. G.Y. Baghdasaryan is a researcher at the Institute of Mechanics, National Academy of Sciences (NAS), Armenia. His scientific interests are broad, and include: aeroelasticity; stability of panels and lifting surfaces in supersonic ionized gas flows; postbuckling of composites; vibration and control in smart materials; and magnetoelasticity and magnetoelastic system stability.
