Michael Bowman is Associate Professor at the School of Law, University of Nottingham, where his principal teaching and research interests lie in public international law, particularly international environmental and treaty law. Peter Davies is Associate Professor at the School of Law, University of Nottingham, where his main teaching and research interests lie in international environmental law and European Union environmental law.
