Long-Run Economic Growth

This book contains nine articles by leading macroeconomists, growth theorists and econometricians who provide new empirical results, methodological developments and new interpretations of long-run economic growth findings. The topics covered include: the testable implications of various growth models, and identification of common trends, international trade and growth linkages, analysis of co-movements and convergence at regional levels of income, public services-growth, and money-growth linkages.
