Lifelogging for Organizational Stress Measurement

Thomas Fischer is a PhD candidate at the Department of Digital Business at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. He holds a BA in Electronic Business and a MSc in Digital Business Management (both with honours) from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria and the University of Linz. In his PhD thesis he addresses the topic of technostress in an organizational context applying a multi-method approach to the collection of empirical data.René Riedl is a Professor of Digital Business and Innovation at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria and an Associate Professor of Business Informatics at the University of Linz. Moreover he serves on the executive board of the Institute of Human Resources and Organizational Development in Management (IPO) at the University of Linz, Austria. He has widely published in international peer reviewed journals such as  MIS Quarterly, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Neuroscience, Psychology, and Economics.
