Over the years, he has conducted research in the areas of corpus linguistics and online English oral testing. He is the International President of the Deep Institute, President of Asia Pacific Association of Multimedia Assisted Language Learning, NETPAW and GETPAW Director, Senior Advisor to the Lions Clubs International Foundation, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
