Dr Carsten Stahn is Reader in Public International Law and International Criminal Justice at Swansea University and Visiting Research Fellow at the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies, Leiden University. Dr Jann K. Kleffner is Assistant Professor of Public International Law in the Amsterdam Centre for International Law at the University of Amsterdam.
