Edwards is Honorary Professor of Medieval Manuscripts at the University of Kent at Canterbury. David Watt is Associate Professor in the Department of English, Theatre, Film & Media at the University of Manitoba and a fellow of St. John's College. He has written extensively on Hoccleve's Series as well as articles on late medieval literature and book history.
