Christoph Pott is with the Chair of Material Handling and Warehousing at TU Dortmund Universityin Dortmund, Germany. His expertise is in intralogistics, especially the designand implementation of warehouses. He is lecturing in designing intralogisticssystems and processes as well as in warehouse management systems at TU DortmundUniversity and Euro-FH University of Applied Science.Pott worked as consultant in logistics business process management and software design for multinationalbusinesses from different industry sectors such as retail, wholesale, manufacturing,chemical industry, logistics service providers, finance, sport.Pott’s special research interest is in logisticsin the professional sport sector. He investigates the provision of sport equipmentfor athletes and sport events.
