Dr. Sasha Baglay (LLM, Dalhousie; DJur, Osgoode Hall) is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Social Science and Humanities, University of Ontario Institute of Technology. She specializes in immigration and refugee law, but she has also taught general courses such as Introduction to Canadian Legal System. Her recently published books include The Nature of Inquisitorial Processes in Administrative Regimes: Global Perspectives (co-edited with Laverne Jacobs) and Immigration Regulation in Federal States: Challenges and Responses in Comparative Perspective (co-edited with Delphine Nakache).
