Pharmacist, pharmacologist and gastroenterologist. In 2014 appointed the Head of Department of Biochemistry at the Medical University of Lodz, Poland. Recipient of the UEG Rising Star 2016 Award and the Award of the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences for scientific achievements (2015).
