Yet, Intensities and Lines of Flight differs from so many of the books and volumes on Deleuze’s and Deleuze and Guattari’s aesthetics. The essays collected in Intensities and Lines of Flight take us far beyond the art forms that Deleuze and Guattari favored. We can only thank Calcagno, Vernon, and Lofts for making us think -- perhaps it is not music but television that calls forth a people to come and a land to come.
