MTech on Signal Processing from National Institute of Technology, Calicut, 2013. He published 6 articles in peer-reviewed journals, and 2 book chapters. Completed Ph.D. on the topic performance of Routing protocols in Wireless Sensor Networks using River formation dynamics from National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, India. His research interests include the Internet of Things (IoT), Software Defined Networks, Wireless Ad hoc, and Sensor network routing protocols and their applications. Kumaravelan, working as Assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Pondicherry University, Karaikal Campus, Pondicherry, India – 609605. He received a Ph.D. degree in Communications and Information Systems from Bharathidasan University in 2008.
