This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 14th International Workshop on Power and Timing Optimization and Simulation, PATMOS 2004, held in Santorini, Greece in September 2004.The 85 revised papers presented together with abstracts of 6 invited presentations were carefully reviewed and selected from 152 papers submitted.
