Dr Hugh Selsick is the UK’s pre-eminent expert on insomnia. He is a consultant in psychiatry and Sleep Medicine and has been involved in sleep science and medicine for 30 years. He founded and runs the Insomnia and Behavioural Sleep Medicine Clinic at University College London Hospitals, the largest insomnia treatment centre in the UK. He also worked in the Sleep Disorders Centre at Guy’s Hospital for 15 years, where he treated patients experiencing the full range of sleep disorders.
