Dr. Mounir El Khatib (PhD, PMP) is a professor and program chair and a seasoned academic and practitioner specializing in Digital Government and Digital Transformation, with expertise in project management, information systems, business strategy, and operations. He has collaborated with global leaders like Oracle and IBM-BCS and worked with the UAE Federal and Dubai Governments on strategic projects as an advisor, consultant, and project manager.An accomplished researcher with over 150 publications, Dr. El Khatib is also a frequent speaker at international conferences across the USA, Europe, and the Middle East. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in E-Transformation Management from the UK, alongside an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Computer Engineering. Currently, he serves as a program chair at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, Dubai.Dr. Masood Ur Rehman holds a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from Queen Mary University of London. He is currently working as an associate professor at the University of Glasgow. His research focuses on compact antenna design, wearable sensors, bio-electromagnetics, mmWave communications, and wireless networks in healthcare, environmental monitoring and industrial automation. He has authored over 200 technical papers, contributed to patents, and co-authored 7 books. Dr. Ur Rehman is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy and the Royal Society of Arts, a senior member of the IEEE, a member of the IET, and part of the organizing committees of several international conferences and workshops. He serves as an editor for multiple IEEE and IET journals. He is also acting as the chair of the IEEE UKRI Section Young Professionals Affinity Group and vice-chair of the IEEE UKRI Section APS/MTTS Joint Chapter.Professor Yordanka Angelova is the dean of faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. Her Ph.D. is in “Automated systems for information processing and energy management” from “The Technical University of Sofia.” Prof. Angelova is a member of the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria and she is active in national and international scientific and educational projects related to the modernization of higher education in Europe and abroad.Prof. Angelova is the founder of the "Management in the power industry" specialty, and the founder of the Master Program in “Executive Management” in its regular and distance learning form. As a dean and professor, she is keen to works in the continuous development in fields of leveraging technology, administration, and management to the best standards and practices.
