He once served as a Lead Researcher of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of China, an adjunct Professor of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), a member of IEAS (CHINA) Presidium and the Secretary-General of China Science Center of IEAS, DDG (DG-level) of China Science and Technology Exchange Center (CSTEC), a member of the National Coordinating Group on Patent of China, Executive Director of China Information Industry Association and Vice-Chairman of Chinese Council for Local Science and Technology Record.
