Dr. Thittaporn Ganokratanaa (Member, IEEE) received a B.Sc. degree (First Class Honors, Gold Medal) in Media Technology from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi in 2015, and M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University in 2017 and 2021, respectively, with Very Good Thesis Assessment Results. She is currently a lecturer in the Applied Computer Science program at the Department of Mathematics, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, specializing in Computer Vision, Video Anomaly Detection, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, and Human-Computer Interaction. She has about 60 papers published in international conference proceedings, journals, book and book chapters. A certified volunteer in the VoLT Program (2020), she now holds roles in advisor to ad-hoc committee to study guidelines for regulating and promoting the use of artificial intelligence technology to accommodate future changes, Thailand, AIAT Committee, and IEEE Thailand Section Secretary.Dr. Narendra D. Londhe is presently working as Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering of National Institute of Technology Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. He completed his B.E. from Amravati University in 2000 followed by M.Tech. and Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in the years 2006 and 2011, respectively. He has 15 years of rich experience in academics and research. He has published more than 170 articles in recognized journals, conferences, and books. His main areas of research include medical signal and image processing, biomedical instrumentation, speech signal processing, biometrics, intelligent healthcare, brain–computer interface, artificial intelligence, and pattern recognition.Dr. Amit Joshi is currently serving as the Director of the esteemed G R Scholastic LLP, India.  Enhancing his vision with his rich experience spanning approximately 15 years and realizing the need of globalization in education and business. His active affiliations include esteemed professional societies such as ACM, IEEE, CSI, AMIE, IACSIT Singapore, IDES, ACEEE, NPA, and more. He has presented and authored over 50 papers in reputable national and international journals and conferences, specifically those organized by IEEE and ACM. His editorial contributions include editing over 100 books published by renowned publishers such as Springer, T&F and ACM. He has also organized over 100 national and international conference delegations and workshops in over 20 countries including the USA, Canada, majorof Europe, Southeast Asia through various societies and international organizations.Dr. Meelis Kitsing is a Professor of Political Economy at the Estonian Business School where he has served as Rector and Chairman of Management Board. Kitsing has conducted research and taught at esteemed institutions such as the University of Massachusetts, the National Center for Digital Government (US), George Mason University, Central European University, Harvard University, the University of Connecticut, Stockholm School of Economics, and the Institute of Management Technology (Dubai and Ghaziabad), as well as numerous universities across Asia, Europe, and the United States. His current research interests center on the political economy of innovation governance, particularly focusing on artificial intelligence and digital platforms. His work has been published by renowned publishers, including Springer, IEEE, ACM, Leuven University Press, and MIT Press.
