Presented more than 59 research papers at various National & International conferences in India & abroad. 48 publications in various national, Scopus, international journals, conference proceedings, 6 chapter contributions in books. Author of one of the best-selling books on Human Resource Management (HRM). She has 4 text books and 3 edited books to her credit. More than 53 resource person certificates for the different deliveries in various MMTTC, ICSSR, IIT BHU,UGC, private and public organisations and universities sponsored workshops, webinars, capacity building programs etc. She is a registered resource person for UGC MMTTP (Madan Malviya Teachers Training Programs). She is life Member of the professional bodies like ICA, ISCA. Associated with many universities for the academic and confidential assignments. She is esteemed editorial member for the national and international journals.sShe is in the Board of Studies of the various universities in Gujrat and UP.
