Dirk A. Zetzsche holds the ADA Chair in Financial Law (inclusive finance) and serves as Head of the Law Department at the University of Luxembourg. He has also served as co-PI of Luxembourg's FinTech National Centre of Excellence in Research since its inception in 2023 and co-leads the House for Sustainable Governance and Markets at the University of Luxembourg. With more than 300 academic publications, Professor Zetzsche is one of the most cited legal scholars in his field and a frequent advisor to regulators and international organizations worldwide.Ross P. Buckley is an ARC Laureate Fellow at University of New South Wales and currently leads a seven-year research project into the regulation of FinTech. He is a member of the Payments System Board of the Reserve Bank of Australia, and chairs the Digital Finance Advisory Panel, and serves on three other advisory panels, of Australia's market conduct regulator. He has authored over 210 major publications on FinTech and international finance, and twice ben a Fulbright scholar at Yale and Duke.Douglas W. Arner is Associate Director Research Programmes of the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Research at Cambridge University's Judge Business School, Kerry Holdings Professor in Law and RGC Senior Research Fellow in Digital Finance and Sustainable Development at the University of Hong Kong, and holds the Sir Roy Goode Chair at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary University of London. He works with governments, policymakers and international organizations across the world to build inclusive sustainable financial systems and economies. Professor Arner has published over twenty previous books and over 200 articles, papers and reports on related issues across the past 30 years.
