This book focuses on global financial systems. After summarising historical financial institutions, it subsequently uses economic and econometrical models to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of these institutions and their role in the history. He has received the “Sun Yefang Economics and Science Award” twice and been awarded the “China Book Prize”; further, he has published over 60 academic papers in Chinese or English.
