Alex Woolf (Author) Alex Woolf has written more than 150 books, both fiction and non-fiction, mostly for children. Many of these have sold around the world and his words have been translated into over a dozen different languages. He has written on a huge range of subjects including Romans, chocolate, asteroids, sharks, Tudors, flying reptiles, soap, bees and acne. In 2019, he won a Fiction Express award for his story, Mystery at Moon Base One. Alex lives in North London with his family and two cats, Juno and Minerva.Dita Vopřadová (Illustrator) Dita Vopřadová is a Czech illustrator known for her playful drawings that delight both children and adults. Dita creates illustrations for books, educational programs and various design projects. She is recognised for her distinctive detailed and colourful style. Dita studied art history with focus on medieval art at the Charles University in Prague.
