Seren Charrington-Hollins is a cook, food historian and food writer. She has a large private collection of vintage food and household advertising and packaging, dating from the Victorian period onwards; the culmination of over thirty years of collecting.She has created banquets and historical dinner parties for private clients and television, having a passion for re-creating historical dishes.
