She has been an H.F. Guggenheim fellow, a Gates Cambridge Scholar, and a Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award fellow. She is the author of several articles and chapters that examine the relationship between empirical criminology and social reform, the psychology of public opinion on crime, and the role of gender in crime.Brian Royster, Ed.D. is a tenured Assistant Professor at Saint Peter’s University. He is also a retired New Jersey State Trooper and graduate of the FBI National Academy 214th Session.Giuseppe M. Fazari, Ph.D. is the Assistant Dean of Continuing Education and Professional Studies at Seton Hall University and serves as faculty for the National Center for State Courts. Dr. Fazari was a chief administrator for the New Jersey Judiciary. He holds a Ph.D. in higher education administration from Seton Hall University and is a Fellow of the Institute for Court Management.
