Her research focuses on tourism management, tourism marketing, event management, heritage tourism, and Islamic tourism.Gökçe Yüksek is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Tourism, Anadolu University, Turkey. Her research mainly focuses on destination management, tourism transportation, tourism marketing and management, and quality management.Semra Günay Aktaş is a Professor at the Faculty of Tourism, Anadolu University, Turkey. Her research focuses on various aspects of geography, geographical information systems (GIS), and cultural and natural heritage, with a special interest in tourism geography.
