Itzhak Harpaz, PhD, is Professor of Management, Dean of Graduate Studies, and director of the Center for the Study of Organizations and Human Resource Management at the University of Haifa, Israel. He is also a Research Fellow at the Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies at the University of Minnesota.Raphael Snir, PhD, is Senior Lecturer at the School of Management and Economics and at the School of Behavioral Sciences at the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo, Israel. He is also a research fellow at the Center for the Study of Organizations and Human Resource Management at the University of Haifa, Israel.
