Havi Carel is Senior Lecturer in Philosophy at UWE, Bristol. She is the author of Illness (Acumen, 2008). Rachel Cooper is Senior Lecturer in Philosophy at Lancaster University. Her books include Psychiatry and Philosophy of Science (Acumen, 2007).
