‘This Handbook is an important contribution to social work. The strength of the work is that it challenges the reader to think critically about what “with” children really looks like, by focussing on their experience and agency to be active knowledge producers alongside researchers. In doing so, it makes a case for ongoing work for adult researchers to be forever conscious of their power and responsibility when conducting and reporting on research concerning children.’
