"It is highly recommended to researchers, academics, and practitioners working in the social and behavioural sciences. The book is a stupendous amalgamation of various esteemed researchers in the field of IRT and it would not be wrong to say that ‘it is a bible of IRT’."~Ashwani KumarMishra, ISCB"The references are up to date and very comprehensive in all chapters. The Appendices A and B are very rich and useful for students and researchers."~Emiliana Ursianu, Zentralblatt MATH
