Halifax History Tour

While many of Halifax’s historic buildings are still present today, this Minster town has developed significantly over the last 150 years. Since the Victorian period, some scenes have altered beyond all recognition, and the changes to transport, from horse and carts to motorisation, have also affected the town’s landscape.
